Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Slow strokes are applied to target chronic muscle tension, knots and balance your body. Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe muscle tension and improve the connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience constant pain, are involved in heavy physical activity such as athletes. Also, to patients with muscle stiffness, past injuries, or anyone looking for a relief from deep muscular tension. While deeply therapeutic, it can also help improve posture, flexibility and overall mobility.
Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing art that combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic massage to restore balance and energy flow throughout the body. It is performed fully clothed and it uses hands, elbows, knees, and feet. It helps improve flexibility, relieve tension, and promote deep relaxation leaving you feeling both energized and grounded. Each session is tailored to your comfort level, mobility, and wellness goals. Thai Massage is most different from other forms of massage in that there is no oil used, it is done on a comfortable floor mat (not on a table), and that the client remains comfortable clothed throughout the massage. Thai massage enhances strength and flexibility, relaxes sore or tense muscles, and can help to recapture lost range of motion. If you have not tried before I strongly recommended to do so. For people with serious body injuries, a free consultation is required.
Note: you need to wear comfortable sport clothes for this massage.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a very specific massage that is done to treat bad injuries or very tight areas. It uses a mix of massage techniques such as deep tissue, stretches, trigger points, fascial release and some others. All this just to work on specific pains or injuries. A full body massage is not done within this massage. The whole time is to be spent on those affected areas. It is the most popular massage for active people. When there are more than two areas that need specific treatment, more than one hour treatment is highly recommended.
Sport Massage
A sport massage is designed to prevent and treat injuries, improve flexibility, and enhance athletic performance. It combines deep tissue techniques with stretches and targeted pressure to release muscle tightness and boost circulation. Ideal for active individuals, it helps speed up recovery and prevent future strains or injuries. Most commonly, sports massage focuses on increasing blood and lymphatic fluid flow, reducing and eliminating pain as well as tender trigger points, and increasing range of motion of the affected area.
Swedish Massage
A Swedish massage also known as a classic massage, is a full-body treatment using long strokes, kneading, circular movements, tapping, and vibration to relax muscles, improve circulation, relieve tension, and promote overall calm and well-being making it ideal for stress relief and relaxation. Therapists use oil or lotion and focus on gentle, flowing techniques to energize the body, often serving as the foundation for other massage types. Swedish massage is a light touch kind of massage that uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks. It has also been shown to be helpful in individuals with poor circulation.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
It is a gentle pressure technique used to move the waste fluids from your body specially from areas that were damaged due to any surgery or have a poor lymph drainage system. This technique is used to reduce lymphedema (usually a swollen limb) that can be very uncomfortable causing pain and heaviness in the affected area. This technique is high recommended for pre and post surgeries.
Body Sculpting Treatment
Body sculpting also called body contouring, refers to treatments that reshape your body by reducing fat, tightening skin, and toning muscles using non-surgical methods (like heat, ultrasound, vacuum) aiming for a leaner, more sculpted look, especially for stubborn areas resistant to diet and exercise. There is not downtime, you can do your regular routine within a day or two. It complements a healthy lifestyle for aesthetic improvement. The treatment is done with a top market machine than provides a non-invasive method to break down this stubborn fat deposits than never seem to disappear no matter how hard you exercise or your diet is. The machine has different technologies to help break down this fat such as cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum (suction), mechanic rollers and infrared light.
